Real life.

This is what crap is under the table after dinner with 12 kids and 2
adults. Stray carrots, bread crumbs, several kidney beans, some fake
flowers (??), a shoe, crumbled up napkins, and apparently all that is
left of my pride for sharing this photo.

    1. It's an area rug. I put it in there because it was pretty, the room is super loud without it, and it's easier to vacuum than sweep up rice. Rethinking that these days...

  2. Uggghhhh... carpet/area rug! So hard when you need to dull the noise but 12 kids and any kind of carpet just makes me cringe! Keep updating Chrissy, you are an inspiration to me with my 7 kids!

    1. After a few missionary stints in "rice capitol" Thailand in an orphanage the only thing I found that worked with sticky not to be swept up rice was the asain straw brooms that look like they were made in ancient times. If you can find one at an asain store it may help?

  3. he he he he.....oh well at least I know we aren't the only ones :). OH WELL- junk under the table is just junk! BUT YOUR KIDDOS - LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you have an indoor dog? HA! We do - he works great as a vacuum too :)
