Chocolate Gravy:The Recipe

Okay, since one of my biggest blog "hits" from Google comes from people looking for a recipe for Chocolate Gravy... I figured I would indulge! Here it is in all its chocolaty glory!


And don't bother using some crappy refrigerator biscuits. Make your own.
Chocolate Gravy:
  • 1/3 stick butter (not marjorine)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons a.p. flour (or for the Gluten-free crowd, use 1TB corn starch)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups whole milk (yes, whole milk)
Heat butter in a pot over low heat. 
Mix in dry stuff. 
Slowly pour half the milk into the pot and whisk well (no lumps). 
Add rest of milk, stir, stir, stir...until mixture is thick, and don't burn it
Cut the biscuits in half right out of the oven and spoon this on top... and then sit back and wonder why you have been missing out on this your whole life!
