It is a lifesaver if you're accidentally glutened. It will minimize sick time(headache, toilet hugging, bloat) and the sooner you take it after exposure the more effective it is.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13735035194221029338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-183842935030233478.post-7434434456223688052014-09-01T22:36:52.108-05:002014-09-01T22:36:52.108-05:00I miss hearing about your life!! Glad to see you back even if it is ...I'm sorry. Glad to see you back even if it is this rant. I have celiac and was so sick for so long that I don't risk cross contamination. We don't eat out more than 3-4 times a year for two reasons: 1. We didn't very often before the diagnosis because we are cheap. 2. My health is my own responsibility and I will not put my health in the hands of someone who's paid minimum wage and isn't vested in if I get sick or not. So as nice as all these GF menus are, the bottom line if you have a serious reaction or any reaction for that matter if you are hoping to not react, is to not trust or expect safe food. Even in a home kitchen with gluten it is hard not to get cross contamination so in one feeding hundreds of people a day, it just isn't logical. Yes that stinks and further emphasizes that my life is not a simple as it once was but man I save a ton of money by always packing food for my family. And I'm saving my health too. Hope you recover/bounce back quickly!Angela Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15839443261200410777noreply@blogger.com
